A black acoustic fleece pad is heat-bonded to the back of each perforated panel. The fleece absorbs sound waves passing through the perforation holes, dramatically improving the panel's Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC).

The T-Bar Grid System (System A) features visible exposed grid tees that create a structured, classic ceiling aesthetic. Yes. Our 585×585mm and 585×1185mm panels are designed to be compatible with standard 15/16" (24mm) face-width T-bar grid systems, including Armstrong and USG profiles. Panels can be retrofitted into existing grid frameworks without modification in most cases.
Standard lead time is 15-20 working days from approved shop drawings and color selection. Standard RAL colors and solid (non-perforated) panels ship fastest. Perforated panels with acoustic fleece add approximately 5-7 working days. Rush orders are available for time-critical projects.
Non-perforated panels can be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, solvent-based products, and high-pressure washing. Perforated panels with acoustic fleece should not be wet-cleaned on the back side - use vacuum cleaning with a soft brush attachment for acoustic panels.
