PVC film lamination is a surface finishing process where a pre-manufactured decorative PVC (polyvinyl chloride) film is permanently bonded to an aluminum substrate using high-performance adhesive and controlled pressure. The film is applied either through automated roll lamination machines for flat panels or by vacuum membrane pressing for profiled shapes.
The process begins with surface preparation, including cleaning and primer application to ensure maximum adhesive bond strength.
